Winskill’s has developed a Quality Management Program to ensure that all jobs are completed to customer’s specifications. This starts with obtaining clear and concise written instructions, samples, die lines, drawings etc., before starting any job.

Quality checks of all products, materials and processes are recorded and retained.

	This involves the Inspection of Incoming Materials.
	In Process Inspections with First-Off Inspections and Audits Inspections performed at Regular Intervals during all Processes
	Final Inspection prior to packaging
	Item Traceability is maintained at all times
	Use a Preferred Venders List
	Identified & Controlled Storage & Shipping

All machinery and equipment are subjected to regular cleaning, preventive maintenance and calibration to keep them in peak performance by qualified personnel.
Winskill’s maintain registration in Professional Organizations, while making use of Professional Affiliations and the experience and knowledge of Industry Leaders along with our own Regular Staff Training and Upgrading.
